1. General Provisions
Users may browse KPDB without registering or creating an account. The Site does not provide user registration, user profiles, or comments. However, as part of the normal operation of a website, certain technical information related to page visits, server operation, analytics services, cookies, and similar web technologies may be processed automatically. If a user voluntarily sends an email to an address listed on the Site, we may process the information that the user chooses to include in that message.
2. Information That May Be Processed
When a user visits the Site, technical and statistical information may be processed automatically, including:
- IP address;

- files attached to the message.
The Site does not ask users to provide sensitive or special-category personal data, payment information, or identity documents, except where a user voluntarily provides information necessary for a specific request — for example, to establish rights or authority in connection with a rights holder request.
3. Purposes of Processing
Information may be used to:
- operate the Site and provide its technical functionality;
- protect the Site and its infrastructure;

Information processed by Yandex Metrica is also handled in accordance with the terms, policies, and documentation of its provider. Users can restrict or delete cookies using their browser settings. Restricting certain technologies may affect the accuracy of analytics or the operation of some Site features. Yandex documents the types of information that Metrica may collect, including information about the browser, operating system, device, URL, referrer, cookies, and user interactions.
5. Advertising Services
The Site may use third-party advertising systems. Such services may use cookies, technical identifiers, and other technologies necessary to display advertisements, measure their effectiveness, and provide other functions of the relevant advertising system. If new services are introduced, the technologies used and this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
6. Affiliate Links
KPDB may contain affiliate links to streaming services and other third-party services. An affiliate link may contain a special identifier allowing the external service to determine that a user arrived from KPDB and to record an action covered by the relevant affiliate program. After a user follows a link to a third-party website, further processing of information is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy. The use of affiliate links does not mean that KPDB sells users’ personal data.
7. External Services and Embedded Content
KPDB pages may contain links, images, embedded elements, players, or other components provided by third-party services. When a user interacts with such content, the user’s browser may establish a direct connection with the relevant third-party service. Any processing of information by that service is governed by its own terms and policies.
8. Local User Settings
Some KPDB interface settings may be stored directly in the user’s browser. For example, this may include a preferred rating source, card display preferences, and other interface settings. No registration or server-side user profile is required for these settings. Where data is stored exclusively in the browser’s local storage, it remains on the user’s device and can be removed by clearing Site data or using other browser controls.
9. Cookies
The Site and third-party services used by the Site may use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of data that a browser may store on a user’s device. They may be used for:
- technical operation of the Site;
- storing certain settings;
- traffic analytics;
- operation of advertising systems;
- other functions provided by connected third-party services.
Users can delete previously stored cookies or restrict their use through their browser settings.
10. Sharing Information with Third Parties
KPDB does not sell users’ personal data. Certain technical information may be transmitted or made available to third-party services to the extent necessary for the operation of analytics, advertising, hosting, technical infrastructure, embedded content, and other Site functionality. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
11. Data Retention and Security
The retention period for information depends on its nature, the purpose for which it is processed, and the service involved. Technical logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain security, diagnose errors, and ensure the stable operation of the Site’s infrastructure. Information processed by third-party services is retained in accordance with the policies and settings of those services. KPDB takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under its control against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
12. Privacy Requests
Users may contact KPDB regarding information relating to them that is under KPDB’s control, including requests to clarify or delete such information where applicable. To submit a request, contact: hello[at]kpdb.stream We may require sufficient information to identify the relevant data and confirm that the request relates to the person making it.
13. Third-Party Websites
This Privacy Policy applies only to kpdb.stream. KPDB does not determine how third-party websites process information, including streaming services and other resources linked from Site pages. Before using a third-party service, users may review that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to KPDB functionality, the services used by the Site, or applicable requirements. The current version is always published on this page.
