Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of kpdb.stream (the “Site” or “KPDB”). By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

KPDB is an informational reference resource covering movies, TV series, seasons, episodes, people, and related materials. The Site may contain information about titles and people, ratings from various platforms, release dates, descriptions, images, season and episode information, genres, countries, TV networks and streaming platforms, curated lists, popularity rankings, links to third-party resources, and other reference information. KPDB may obtain, match, and aggregate information from various public and third-party sources. Ratings originating from third-party platforms are displayed with their source identified. Mentioning any service, company, or platform does not imply that KPDB is affiliated with it unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Informational Nature of the Content

Information on the Site is provided for reference purposes. KPDB makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, or current. Release dates, season and episode information, ratings, availability on third-party platforms, and other details may change independently of KPDB. 3. Watching Movies and TV Series

KPDB is not a streaming service. The Site does not host or distribute movies, TV series, or other video files, provide pirated players, or knowingly link to illegal viewing sources. Links in the “Where to Watch” section lead to official streaming services, video platforms, and other legitimate services. Some pages may contain embedded elements or players provided by third-party services where the relevant platform permits its content to be legally embedded on third-party websites. The conditions for accessing a title — including payment, purchase, subscription or registration requirements, geographic restrictions, and the availability of a particular version — are determined by the relevant third-party platform.

4. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. When you follow such a link, you leave KPDB and interact with the relevant third-party resource under the terms established by its owner. KPDB does not control third-party resources and cannot guarantee their availability, the continued accuracy of their content, prices, catalog availability, subscription terms, or any other aspect of their operation.

5. Advertising and Affiliate Links

The Site may contain advertising and affiliate links. Some links to streaming platforms, services, and other external resources may contain affiliate identifiers. If a user performs a qualifying action after following such a link — including making a purchase or starting a subscription — KPDB may receive compensation. Advertising is displayed and identified in accordance with applicable legal requirements. A commercial relationship with a service does not, by itself, affect that service’s ratings, aggregated results, or other reference information displayed by KPDB.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights to third-party materials, images, titles, trademarks, logos, ratings, and other items relating to third-party works and services belong to their respective rights holders. Original texts, software, design elements, and other materials created specifically for KPDB are protected in accordance with applicable law. Using the Site does not grant the user any rights to intellectual property belonging to third parties. If a rights holder believes that material on the Site infringes their rights, they may submit a request using the procedure described on the “For Rights Holders” page.

7. Use of Data and Automated Access

Users may browse the Site and use the information provided on it for ordinary informational purposes. KPDB welcomes links to Site pages from other websites, social networks, messaging services, forums, and other resources. Standard indexing of the Site by search engines and other good-faith automated systems is permitted provided that they comply with the technical restrictions established by the Site. Automated access must not:

  • place an excessive load on the Site’s infrastructure;
  • circumvent technical restrictions, access controls, or request-rate limitations;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
  • be used to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas;
  • be carried out for unlawful purposes.

8. User Settings

For certain features, the Site may store user preferences directly in the user’s browser. These settings may include interface appearance, preferred rating source, and other personalization options. No account is required to use such settings. Where a feature is implemented solely through browser-based local storage, the settings remain on the user’s device and can be removed using the browser’s controls.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. KPDB does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and may modify its structure, functionality, or content. KPDB is not responsible for consequences directly resulting from the Site being unavailable, technical errors, inaccuracies in reference information, changes made by third-party services, or a user following an external link.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

The processing of information relating to users, as well as the use of cookies and analytics services, is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

KPDB may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page together with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after an updated version is published means that the user has had the opportunity to review the revised Terms.
