During the violent turmoil of the 1947 Partition, a solitary night at Amritsar Junction pushes a dutiful Sikh stationmaster to his limits. As tensions escalate and chaos closes in around the platform, he is forced to make a harrowing moral choice between his duty, his survival, and basic humanity.
