Set in the late Edo period, this film is a gender-reversed, samurai-style musical adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. It follows Oromi, the spirited daughter of a prominent samurai family, and Juriemon, the gentle heir of a rival clan who prefers dance over combat. When the two cross paths and fall in love during a festival, their secret romance sparks a perilous chain of events, forcing them to defy their families' bitter feud and navigate a tragic fate in a world bound by honor and tradition.
