How does life change when the world you are fighting for collapses in just a few weeks? Over the course of seven years, Måns Berthas and Urban Hamid follow four female journalists from Zan TV in Kabul. Through their daily lives, friendships, and work, the film portrays life before the Taliban takeover in 2021, the dramatic escape as Kabul fell, and the difficult transition to a new life in exile in Europe. It is an intimate and personal story about how major political upheavals shape and transform individual lives.
