After being forced to leave Riyadh due to rising conflict in the Middle East, Anne, a young OFW, returns home carrying fear, guilt, and uncertainty. During a quiet drive with her mother, buried emotions slowly surface as she struggles to face the life she left behind and the future she no longer recognizes. Bakwit is an intimate story about displacement, sacrifice, and finding hope in the meaning of home.
