Because taming and caring for the wild horses is demanding, they are released back into the mountains before winter arrives, left to their fate in the hope of capturing them again the following year. Witnessed through the eyes of a young boy, this story explores, through images, the delicate balance between nature and humanity, and the tension between ownership and freedom.
