On the eve of his birthday, a man hides out in his apartment while recovering from a hair transplant and makes increasingly ridiculous excuses to avoid his friends. When they show up unannounced for a surprise celebration, he's forced to keep up the charade until his scalp starts bleeding, sending him into a meltdown.
