It’s a classic David vs. Goliath scenario: in the oil and gas strongholds of Louisiana's River Parishes and Appalachia's Rust Belt, where false economic promises and industrial pollution have become the norm, fed-up residents square off against their politicians and big business, proving to be a formidable foe.
