On June 18, 1990, a team from the Async Research Institute conducts a preliminary layout survey of a newly discovered section of The Complex. What begins as routine documentation quickly turns unsettling when they encounter three identical signs reading “Everything Must Go. Entire Store on Sale.” — signs that should not exist here.
