Set between 1980 and 2002 in rural Ammapalem (Andhra Pradesh), Kadadaaka Neevente tells the story of Sreenu, a brilliant lower-caste youth obsessed with theoretical physics. Driven by a dream to join ISRO and contribute to India's scientific rise, Sreenu views the cosmos as an realm of absolute equality. His journey shifts when he falls for Indu, an upper-caste girl whose quiet rebellion defies her family's rigid traditional values. Their bond ignites a fierce conflict against deep-seated caste hierarchies and community pressure. As India leaps toward modernization and space exploration, the village remains anchored to ancient prejudices. Sreenu faces a dual struggle: overcoming systemic educational barriers to reach ISRO while fighting to protect his love for Indu.
