Kurumi and Cookie are inseparable best friends so close that people around them even gossip that they might be lesbians. In reality, Cookie is a witch who is the reincarnation of an angel. Yet instead of relying on magic, she lives in the human world for some reason, riding a bright red scooter instead of a broomstick.
