Los Angeles-based identical twin belly dancers and fitness gurus (Veena Bidasha and Neena Bidasha) bring their cross-cultural workouts to the masses with their dance-infused fitness routines. In Indi-Hop, the sisters combine Indian Bhangra folk dance with yoga, martial arts and hip-hop for a high-energy, low-impact workout.
